Job Description
- Support on the shipment requirements and liaise with the internal departments to ensure shipments are being handled prompltly and delivered on time
- Assist senior staff to manage the customer service team and ensure a smooth, proper and timely execution of outbound / inbound shipment, shipping documentation including all related activities
- Assist to ensure proper filling and update system accordingly
- Takes and processes customer feedback and customers complaining's
- Execute day to day sales activities, which includes sales visitation, updating new business potentials, feedback on customer performance, satisfactions and progress of business development activities.
Job Requirements
Min diploma in Marketing, Logistics / Transportation or equivalent.
