Job Description

• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for customers
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information
• Handle documentation related to freight forwarding, such as shipping instructions, bill of lading and invoice
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding services, rates and shipment status
• Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of shipments
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance and logistics to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, track shipment, and communication updates to customers
• Assist in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and prepare reports for the sales team
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ Fresh Graduate, Diploma in Marketing, Logistic / transportation or equivalent. 
• At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in shipping & forwarding industries, especially Freight Forwarding. 
• Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report. 
• Good command in Mandarin, English & Malay speaking (both written and oral) 
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
