Hands-on HR | Real Industry Exposure
We are looking for a responsible and eager-to-learn HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resource and Administration team. This role offers practical, real-world HR experience in a structured and professional working environment.
What You Will Learn & Support
- Maintain employee records and assist with attendance, leave and overtime tracking
- Support HR documentation such as employment letters and staff records
- Assist in staff onboarding, induction and training coordination
- Help coordinate uniforms, PPE and basic workforce logistics
- Support payroll preparation, claims and simple HR reports
- Assist with statutory documentation (EPF, SOCSO, medical, licenses)
- Participate in HR projects, audits and process improvements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree students in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Detail-oriented, organized and open-minded to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, Canva
- Able to commit for minimum 3-6 months
- Must be willing to commute and work in Port Klang, Selangor
