Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and responsible HR & Admin Manager to support the company’s growing operations and team development.

This role is responsible for managing human resource operations, staff recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance monitoring, performance management and internal company systems.

The ideal candidate must be able to work closely with both office and production teams, build practical HR systems, improve staff discipline and support the company’s long-term organizational growth.

This role is suitable for someone who is independent, people-oriented, operationally strong and able to execute efficiently within a fast-paced growing company environment.

Human Resource Management

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation and employee records
  • Handle staff attendance, punctuality, disciplinary matters and warning letters
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files and company policies
  • Coordinate payroll, overtime (OT), leave, claims, EPF, SOCSO and EIS matters
  • Ensure company compliance with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations

Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Manage recruitment process including job posting, interview coordination and onboarding
  • Support department hiring needs and manpower planning
  • Assist in staff training, performance evaluation and employee development
  • Build positive company culture and staff engagement initiatives

HR System & SOP Development

  • Develop and improve HR SOPs, policies and internal processes
  • Update employee handbook and HR guidelines
  • Assist in building KPI and appraisal systems
  • Support implementation of performance management structure

Administration & Operations Support

  • Support daily office administration and internal coordination
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, production team and foreign workers
  • Coordinate staff welfare, office matters and internal communicationHuman Resource Management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years HR working experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, production or operations environment is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR practices
  • Experience handling payroll, attendance and disciplinary matters
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, responsible and proactive
  • Able to work in fast-paced SME environment
  • Experience Handling Foreign Workers
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Experience in KPI system or SOP development is an added advantage
