Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise construction projects, ensuring they adhere to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage onsite staff and subcontractors, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve onsite challenges.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with full working rights in Malaysia with valid certifications from DOSH and NIOSH.
