Business Operations / Logistics Fulfilment / Customer Service

• Assist in daily business operations to ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Support order fulfilment, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination for online and offline sales
• Help monitor stock movement and work with the team on packing, delivery, and replenishment processes
• Assist with customer service matters, including enquiries, order issues, and after-sales support
• Support operational documentation, reporting, and internal process improvements
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• University students or fresh graduates (Admin, Business, Communications, or related fields)
• Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and creativity
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to commit to minimum 3 months (flexible start dates)
