Job Description

 • Conduct engaging and effective teaching sessions for students according to the assigned subjects and academic
level.
• Deliver lessons aligned with KSSR and KSSM
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, exercises, and revision resources.
• Guide students using effective answering techniques, exam strategies, and concept mastery approaches.
• Assess students’ performance through exercises, tests, and assignments, with constructive feedback.
• Monitor academic progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Conduct both physical and/or online classes when required.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding student progress, attendance, and academic concerns.
• Participate in academic meetings, teacher briefings, and training sessions when necessary. 

Job Requirements

 • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant academic qualification in the related field.
• Prior teaching experience in schools, tuition centres, or private tutoring is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian education syllabus and examination formats is an advantage.
• Ability to commit to assigned teaching schedules, including evenings or weekends if required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and punctuality.
• Passion for education and student development.
• Ability to manage students effectively and maintain professional conduct.
