Job Description

• Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects and oversee the entire design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop Design Concepts: Work closely with management to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that effectively communicate their message to the intended audience.
• Utilize Design Software: Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create designs using typography, imagery, color, and layout.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with marketing, retail management, copywriters, web developers, and account managers to ensure design projects are executed successfully and align with overall objectives.
• Align with Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure design projects align with the company's marketing strategy and objectives.
• Design Printing Materials: Create designs for various printing materials, such as window displays, promotional information, and other materials, to effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
• Coordinate with Printers: Deal directly with printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality printing of all materials.
• Design for Digital Platforms: Design websites, apps, and email marketing campaigns (EDM) to ensure an engaging user experience and effective communication of the brand's message and values.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Research current design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and effective.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: At least Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Language: Fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written), Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of print production processes and experience working with printers.
• Understanding of digital design principles and experience designing for websites, apps, and email marketing campaigns.
• Passion for design and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
