Job Description

1. Product & Packaging Innovation

• Product Design & Development: Lead the visual design of new products, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and market trends. This includes conceptualizing product themes, colors, and physical attributes.
• Product Packaging Design: Take full ownership of packaging design, from conceptualization and dieline preparation to material selection. Ensure packaging is not only visually stunning but also functional and cost-effective.
• Customer Experience (CX) Optimization: Design with the "End-to-End Customer Journey" in mind. Focus on the unboxing experience and physical touchpoints to ensure every interaction with the product creates a "wow" factor for the customer.
  

2. Retail & Visual Display

• Retail Display Design: Create impactful designs for window displays, in-store shelving, and Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials to drive foot traffic and enhance the retail environment.
  
• Design Printing Materials: Produce high-quality layouts for promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and signage, effectively communicating the brand’s values.
  
• Coordinate with Printers: Deal directly with vendors and printers to manage the production process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality finishes for all physical displays and packaging.
  

3. Digital Experience & UI/UX

• Design for Digital Platforms: Design websites, apps, and email marketing (EDM) campaigns that prioritize an engaging user experience and clear brand messaging.
  
• UX Presentation: Utilize prototyping tools to demonstrate User Experience (UX) flows, showing how customers will interact with digital platforms before they go into development.

4. Creative Leadership & AI Integration

• Lead Design Projects: Manage the entire design lifecycle, overseeing projects from initial brief to final execution while staying within budget and on schedule.
• AI-Driven Creativity: Expertly integrate Generative AI tools into the workflow to accelerate product prototyping, generate visual assets, and innovate design concepts.
• Utilize Professional Software: Maintain expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to produce industry-standard design files.

5. Strategic Collaboration

• Align with Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure every design project supports the company’s broader strategic goals and sales objectives.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with retail management, copywriters, and web developers to ensure a consistent brand voice across all physical and digital channels.
  
• Market Research: Stay updated on global design trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s products and displays fresh and competitive.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: At least Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Language: Fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written), Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of print production processes and experience working with printers.
• Understanding of digital design principles and experience designing for websites, apps, and email marketing campaigns.
• Passion for design and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
