We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our team. • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Budgeting Support: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and analysis.
• Invoice Processing: Help process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Audit Preparation: Aid in the preparation of documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
• Financial Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the finance team with various tasks and projects as needed, including financial research and special projects.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in a related field.
• Language: Fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written), Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
