Roles and responsibilities:
Support sprint planning and collaborate with other teams from different locations and client.
Analyze client requirements.
Review estimates and suggest updates.
Complete design and develop accordingly in a timely fashion.
Perform design and code review.
Support testing and client queries.
Interface and communicate with the onsite team.
Participate in scrum calls and provide status reports.
Take part in CoE activities, trainings, recruitments as required and interested.
Preferred Skillsets:
Ideal candidates must have knowledge of ETL Tools such as SSIS/SQL, MSSQL, DB2, Data Stage, Informatica.
Working experience on reporting tools such as Tableau, IBM Cognos, Power BI will also be considered.
Experience on cloud concepts, such as Azure, ADF, Snowflake or Matillion.
Hands-on design, workflow, development and performance tuning experience in data warehouse, SQL Server/Oracle.
Good to have: Hands on experience in at least one of the Guidewire products (Claim Center/ Policy Center/ Billing Center/PMT/CMT).
Working experience with Guidewire Policy, Claims and Billing Conversion using SSIS is strongly preferred.
Must be experienced in designing and building complete ETL/SSIS process.
Should have good exposure in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, View, Triggers, Indexes using SQL.
Experience in DB management, migrating data, transforming data, and data integrity.
Good written and oral communication.
Excellent analytical skill.
Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology.
Domain knowledge within the Insurance space will be ideal.
At least experienced in being involved on 1 or more implementations.
Good estimation skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ETL Development.
