Dedicated to meeting PwC's ever-evolving creative demands across various spectrums as we implement branding, communication and marketing efforts for the firm.

You will be part of the team that creates new concepts or adapt designs to meet PwC requirements and responsible for internal production services such as internal printing services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create high quality concepts for new projects and campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly, Acrobat, etc). This includes developing graphic elements, infographics, illustrations.

  • Adapt concepts and execute for respective communication collaterals that are suitable for various platforms. This includes formatting brand playbooks, presentations, proposals, publications, brochures, banners, directional signages using Microsoft products (Powerpoint, Word, Excel). Stage Design, Point-of-Sale, Merchandize and others using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly, Acrobat)  

  • Assist with printing of marketing collaterals

  • Liaise with external suppliers for production requests which includes requesting for quotation, discussion on the requirements, provision of files, ensuring production outcome meets the needs of the project.

  • Liaise with different departments within the firm regarding design and printing requirements.

  • Ensure all content is in compliance with our brand guidelines and firm policies

  • Work in a multi-project environment and effectively communicate to meet expectations, deliverables and deadlines.

  • Establish and build positive working relationships with content owners, key stakeholders and clients.

  • Willing to learn new knowledge

  • At least a Diploma in Design/Multimedia with relevant 2 - 3 years experience working experience in the related field.

  • Have a creative mind, with a flair for design

  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Softwares, Microsoft softwares, Canva

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Passionate with can-do attitude

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong team player, willing to support to peers

  • Responsible and dependable to deliver work accurately and on time, which include urgent requests

  • Ability to contribute/share ideas 

  • Willing to learn new things and work explore new software/tools

  • Ad Agency is an added bonus
