As a Social Media Senior Associate (Design) at PwC you will be responsible to support the communication, presentations, and people communications with high impact graphic design aligned to the PwC brand guidelines The role requires a high degree of creativity, proficiency with design tools and an ability to convert communications ideas into compelling creative concepts. The ideal candidate will use creativity, fun, and highly visual communications to “cut through the noise” and make our projects stand out among the many competing priorities of our stakeholders. This role is specific to supporting the social media accounts for PwC’s Acceleration Centre Kuala Lumpur (ACKL) a cross-functional operation with capabilities across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services that primarily supports the needs of PwC clients in the US.What you'll do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creation of effective visual designs for campaigns – both offline & online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time.
Possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Proven skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint. Knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.
Conceptual creative and production skills with a good understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts and typography.
Needs to be proactive enough to always be on top of all the branding activities being executed, ensuring that there is always that indelible stamp of PwC on every touch point of the brand.
Work on and extend the PwC brand guidelines into all the design work going out to create a strong and comprehensive visual identity for the brand.
Participate in creating a roadmap for campaigns with marketing, creative and content stakeholders.
Cultural sensitivity, cross-cultural communication and effectiveness working in global organizations.
Good understanding of diverse channels of communication and ability to create innovative communications campaigns for business teams.
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Social Media Designer or in a similar role (preferably with a Multinational Company)
Experience with social media platforms and their specific design requirements (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative social media designs.
Ability to create engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex ideas visually.
Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and best practices.
Ability to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
