In tax payroll services at PwC, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on tax-related payroll matters. You will facilitate compliance with tax regulations in payroll processing, assist businesses in calculating and withholding taxes from employee wages, and help resolve payroll tax issues.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize multi-cloud hosting environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle, etc.), infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring tools. The role involves ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure supporting critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle, etc.).

  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

  • Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.

  • Automate configuration management and deployment using Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack.

  • Manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or ECS/Fargate.

  • Monitor system performance and implement effective logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or Cloud-native monitoring services.

  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline workflows and enforce best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues across cloud platforms.

  • Ensure security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection.

  • Optimize cloud costs and resource usage continuously.

  • Maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies.

  • Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role managing multi-cloud environments.

  • Experience working with the application server configuration specifically for hosting PHP Laravel applications.

  • Strong proficiency with at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle).

  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools, especially Terraform and CloudFormation.

  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation and management.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

  • Deep understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
