Job Description

As a Supply Chain Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring smooth logistics, procurement, and inventory management. You’ll play a key role in optimizing the supply chain, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Inventory Management – Track stock levels, manage purchase orders, and coordinate timely replenishment. We are currently operating using an ERP and RFID system.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Liaise with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and monitor contract performance.
• Logistics & Shipment Tracking – Oversee delivery schedules, plan shipping arrangements, and resolve transport-related issues.
• Process Improvement & Reporting – Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and assist in implementing improvements. Automation and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline supply chain operations.
• Compliance & Documentation – Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Handle inquiries, address complaints, and provide real-time updates on order status.
   

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate or professional with up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems —bonus if you have hands-on experience!
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Able to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Able to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus point.
