Job Description

The Organising Force Behind Daily Operations

At Pyrope Industries, smooth operations depend on strong administrative control. As an Admin Officer, you will ensure documentation accuracy, internal coordination and operational support are handled professionally and systematically.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping things structured and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Documentation Control

  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Organise and manage company documents, forms and records
  • Ensure data accuracy in reports and spreadsheets
  • Prepare simple operational and administrative reports
     

Operational Support

  • Assist production and operations team with documentation needs
  • Support internal coordination between departments
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and basic administrative forms
  • Track internal requests and follow-ups
     

HR & Office Administration Support

  • Assist in staff attendance records and documentation
  • Support onboarding documentation when required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Handle incoming calls and general enquiries professionally
     

Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Ensure documents are updated and properly archived
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Support audit documentation when required

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
  • 1–3 years administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good documentation and record-keeping ability
