More Than Just Admin — You Are the Operational Backbone

In a manufacturing environment, coordination is everything. This role connects customers, sales and production. If communication breaks down, operations suffer.

You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, timelines are met and customers stay confident in our service.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Order & Quotation Management

• Prepare detailed quotations based on technical and sales input
• Process purchase orders with high accuracy
• Verify specifications, quantities and delivery timelines
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
   

Production Coordination

• Liaise closely with production team on job status
• Monitor delivery deadlines
• Update customers on progress proactively
• Flag potential delays early
   

Customer Relationship Support

• Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly
• Assist in resolving order-related issues
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers
   

Administrative Control

• Maintain order tracking spreadsheets
• Support invoice and delivery documentation
• Ensure data accuracy in internal records
