Internship Responsibilities

As an Industrial Engineer Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, including:

• Process Improvement:
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Utilize industrial engineering tools and methodologies, such as time studies, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Data Analysis:
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Project Support:
• Assist with the planning and execution of industrial engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain.
• Documentation:
• Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Safety and Ergonomics:
• Contribute to efforts to improve workplace safety and ergonomics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with industrial engineering principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
