Key Responsibilities

• Interns will be assigned to specific projects and rotational assignments that contribute directly to the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities may include:
• Project Management & Analysis
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic business projects across different departments.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal process audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing project status, key findings, and recommendations for management review.

Operational Support

• Shadow and actively participate in daily operations within assigned departments to understand core business processes.
• Contribute to the optimization of workflows and efficiency-boosting initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness.

Leadership Development

• Participate in leadership training sessions, workshops, and mentoring activities.
• Take ownership of a capstone project that requires cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.
• Present final project outcomes and insights to senior leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with team members and leaders from diverse functional areas.
• Prepare clear and professional written and verbal communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business
• Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (or recent graduate within the last 6 months).
• Proven academic excellence (GPA of [Specify Minimum GPA, e.g., 3.0] or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
