What You Will Be Exposed To

Operations & Production

• Understand daily production workflow
• Observe planning, scheduling and quality control processes
• Learn how manufacturing timelines are managed
   

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Assist in preparing quotations and reports
• Support client coordination and follow-ups
• Learn how B2B industrial sales works
   

Business & Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing management reports
• Support internal coordination between departments
• Participate in meetings and discussions
• Observe KPI tracking and performance evaluation
   

Project & Process Improvement

• Assist in simple workflow improvement tasks
• Support documentation and data tracking
• Gain exposure to problem-solving in real business situations

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field
   

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational and time management ability
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
