As a Management Trainee you will build hands-on skills across departments, help design simple process improvements, and support the day-to-day operations that keep our factory moving.

Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Assist daily production activities and coordinate with operators to keep lines running smoothly.
• Record production metrics and report variances to supervisors for timely action.

Process Improvement

• Run small pilot projects to simplify workflows and reduce waste, documenting results clearly.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to test changes and help standardise effective practices.

Quality & Safety

• Support routine quality checks to ensure products meet set standards before dispatch.
• Follow safety procedures and promote safe work habits on the shop floor.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Final year student with a diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 0 years practical experience; willingness to learn on the job and rotate across departments.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of production workflows or strong willingness to be trained on shop floor systems.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and teamwork, able to work respectfully with operators and supervisors.
• Adaptability, time management, critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to work independently when required.
