Job Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production staff, organizing and monitoring workflow, and ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate production line workers.
• Plan and organize production schedules.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Track production metrics and report on performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize production flow.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
