What You Will Be Responsible For

- Monitor defect rates and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production documentation
Team Leadership
- Train and guide operators

Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in workflow

Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory experience is essential
Technical Skills
- Familiar with production planning
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures
- Experience in rubber/plastic manufacturing is a plus
