What You Will Be Responsible For

Production Planning & Execution

• Oversee daily production schedules
• Allocate manpower effectively
• Ensure production targets are met
• Monitor output and reduce downtime
   

Quality & Standards

• Ensure strict compliance with quality control procedures
• Monitor defect rates and implement corrective actions
• Maintain production documentation
   

Team Leadership

• Train and guide operators
• Enforce safety protocols
• Manage attendance, discipline and morale
• Foster accountability and teamwork
   

Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in workflow
• Propose improvements to increase productivity
• Work closely with management on operational planning

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory experience is essential
   

Technical Skills

• Familiar with production planning
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures
• Experience in rubber/plastic manufacturing is a plus
