Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative products/services and our clients' needs. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the sales cycle, including answering technical questions and addressing concerns.

  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product releases.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a technical representative.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and presentations.
  • Assist in the training of new sales team members on product technical specifications.
