Job Description

  • Assist in managing company assets, financial documents, and administrative records.
  • Assist in preparing accounting and financial documents such as invoices, debit notes, purchase orders, tax-related documents, and monthly reports.
  • Provide support in daily accounting entries and update records accurately in the system.
  • Assist in handling and recording petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and checking supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Support credit control activities, including tracking payment status and follow-up records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports as and when required.
  • Maintain and organise vendor files, contracts, payment records, and related documentation.
  • Support proper documentation and filing system for finance and administration matters.
  • Assist in updating expenditure records, budget tracking, and monitoring related administrative costs.
  • Assist in managing office administration matters such as travel arrangements, meeting schedules, claims, and office supplies.
  • Track stock of office supplies and assist in placing orders when necessary.
  • Support in maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and accounting best practices.
  • Assist in coordinating internal activities, staff welfare arrangements, and administrative support for company events when required.
  • Assist in general administration duties including preparing documents, reports, correspondence, and other related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial documents.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.  
  • Have experience in Accounting software. 
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to update records accurately.  
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly.  
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team.
