Job Description

• Collaborate with the business development teams and other departments to assist in planning, executing, and completing IT and website projects. Contribute to project documentation, timelines, and resource allocation. 
• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with our business development strategies and compliance with performance and functionality standards. 
• Liaise with IT support to provide assistance for technical issues that may arise during projects, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with the team to find solutions, taking into account their impact on our consulting and business development efforts. 
• Assist in data collection, analysis, visualization and management for IT projects, ensuring data accuracy and security, and providing insights that support our consulting and business development initiatives. 
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates, to ensure effective communication within the team and support our consulting and business development efforts. 
• Stay current with the latest IT trends and technologies through research and innovation. Assist in project development and provide recommendations for improving or enhancing current projects, aligning them with our business development strategies. 
• Provide administrative support by handling requests and inquiries from clients and consultants. 
• Support the planning and coordination of learning and development program activities, as well as other relevant events. 
• Help maintain an efficient documentation and filing system, both online and offline. 
• Assist in CRM data administration and cold calling. 
• Assist in program data and information management. 

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of website development, databases, and IT support troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Eager to learn new technologies, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
