Job Description

• Assist in pre-event preparation such as packing and arranging event equipment, logistics coordination, and general setup support.
• Provide on-site assistance during event setup, rehearsal, and show day — including basic technical support and coordination with the team.
• Join site visits / recce and learn how to assess event venues together with the Project Lead or Director.
• Support in executing client requirements, while learning about event flow and production management.
• Help with post-event tasks such as equipment return checking, simple documentation, and post-event review sessions.
• Participate in daily office routines on non-event days, such as inventory updates, documentation, and coordination support.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, or related fields.
• Interest in event production, photography/videography, or technical (Audio, Visual, Lighting) operations.
• Basic knowledge of software such as Vmix, OBS, PowerPoint, or Keynote will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and open to hands-on experiences.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel for event assignments when needed.
• Possession of a driving license is an advantage.
