Job Description

 Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining service levels. Additionally, the role includes analyzing customer purchase patterns to identify potential sales opportunities.

Job responsibilities: 

  1. Inside Sales
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers。
  • Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
  • Research potential accounts and identify key players.

 2. Procurement 

  • Follow and enforce company’s procurement policies and procedures. 
  • Source, select & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goods & services in line with project timelines. 
  • Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required materials. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, non-conforming parts & warranty claims. 
  • Delivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversee suppliers on time delivery & quality performance. 
  • Support tender team to obtain latest cost from suppliers. 
  • Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations. 

Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.


Job Requirements

  Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum diploma in any field.
  •  At least 1 year of working experience and above in IT industry and with proven work experience as an inside sales or procurement executive.
  •  Have good command in English and Bahasa Melayu is required. 
  •  Have good communication skills and communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  •  Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (added advantage for proficiency in Microsoft Excel).
  •  Understanding of sales performance metrics.
