• Perform data entry and update records in internal systems accurately.
• Organise, arrange, and maintain company records and documents.
• Assist in sorting, labelling, and managing equipment and inventory records.
• Ensure filing systems are properly maintained and up to date.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
