<li>Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related issues.</li>
<li>Assist with the setup,  installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and  other IT equipment.</li>
<li>Support user account administration, including account creation, access management, and password resets.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.</li>
<li>Monitor and assist with software updates, system patches, antivirus management, and data backup activities.</li>
<li>Maintain IT asset inventories, support documentation, and service records.</li>
<li>Track and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral device issues.</li>
<li>Participate in IT infrastructure, system enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.</li>
