Job Description

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain network infrastructure and related technologies. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop, improve, and support IT infrastructure services. 
• Ensure secure, stable, and reliable connectivity across network and server environments. 
• Administer and maintain computing environments including network devices, servers, operating systems and hardware. 
• Manage and optimize network and system performance to ensure high availability and operational efficiency. 
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment, hardware, and related infrastructure components. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues. 
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis for technical incidents. 
• Implement and support backup, archiving, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. 
• Monitor infrastructure capacity, utilization, health, and performance, and recommend improvements where necessary. 
• Support IT security initiatives by implementing infrastructure security controls and best practices. 
• Assist in vulnerability assessments, security reviews, proof-of-concept testing, and technology evaluations. 
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures. 
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to end users and junior team members. 
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure projects and operational requirements. 
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions to enhance the IT environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, network administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure management. 
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent are preferred. 
• Good understanding of networking technologies, protocols, connectivity, and security concepts. 
• Experience with server administration, operating systems, virtualization, and infrastructure support. 
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services would be an advantage. 
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, and disaster recovery processes. 
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and system records. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. 
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a dynamic IT environment.
