KAYAA is where Malaysia’s biggest creators and everyday people collide in high-energy, social-experiment-style shows.

🎬 The Role:

You’ll help create and film short-form show concepts that are real, funny, and emotionally authentic.

You won’t be on camera — but you’ll be the voice behind it, shaping the story, flow, and reactions.

Your job is to turn conversations into viral moments through sharp questions, real human stories, and smart pacing.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

•  Pitch and develop short-form show ideas that can go viral.
•  Direct and interview everyday people or creators on camera.
•  Ask funny, personal, and thought-provoking questions that bring out raw, natural reactions.
•  Identify what makes a good short-form video — strong hook, pacing, emotional payoff, and replay value.
•  Collaborate with producers and editors to make sure each video lands hard and fast.

Job Requirements

• Understand short-form platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) inside out.
• Know instinctively what makes someone stop scrolling.
• Can spot story, humor, and heart in everyday people.
• Think like a showrunner — balancing chaos, story, and emotional rhythm.
• Love connecting with people and pulling out their best, funniest, or most honest sides.
