Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring daily store operations comply with company policies and operating standards
- Forecast, plan, order, and manage merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels at all times.
- Ensure effective and efficient utilization of staff within the retail operations department to meet performance objectives.
- Promote professionalism and a positive work culture among team members.
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the retail operation is preferred for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to be based at retail location.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Applicants must be willing to transfer to another outlet.
