Job Description

• Responsible in servicing or maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts. 
• Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes brainstorming, planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports. 
• Communicating, maintaining and developing good client relationships. 
• Establish new brand partner that help enable and enhance the event execution result. 
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. 
• Serve as liaison with vendors / stakeholders on event-related matters. 
• Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
• Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process. 
• Prepare Event proposal in power point format to share to clients. 
• Conduct research, make client site visits and find new idea resources related to the event. 
• Prepare sales report and sales forecast for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent. 
• Candidates must be at least two (2) years and above working experience in the related field. 
• Able to work immediately will be added advantage.
• Other Added Advantage:

🌟 Strong communication and writing skills in English, Malay and Mandarin. 

🌟 Good team player and ability to work independently.

🌟 Good customer servicing skillset. 

🌟 Prior work experience in event and exhibition industry.
