Job Description

• Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process. 
• Prepare event proposal in Power Point format and share to clients. 
• Conduct research, meet clients, site visits and find new idea resources related to the event management. 
• Establish new brand partner that help enable / enhance the event execution result. 
• Communicating, maintaining and developing good client relationships. 
• Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports. 
• Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing client accounts. 
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. 
• Serve as liaison with vendors / stakeholders on event-related matters. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent. 
• Preferred internship period with at least 3 months and above.
• Other Added Advantage:
