Job Description

• Assisting Project/Event PIC in planning and executing events.
• Be the liaison person with vendors for event setups, on-ground coordination, and tear-down processes.
• Attend site visits and support pre-event preparation activities.
• Assist in maintaining an updated event calendar and status reports and provide proper and concise updates. 
• Assist in social media management and content creations including content creation and postings.
• Support the team in brainstorming creative marketing ideas and strategies.
• Consolidate and organise event-related documentation, including invoices, contracts, and feedback forms.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
• Manage event-related inventories, such as promotional items and event props.
