About the Role

Join our dynamic event management team and gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing events. This internship offers exposure to corporate events, marketing activations, exhibitions, product launches, and on-ground experiential campaigns. You will learn to coordinate multiple aspects of event production while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from conceptualization to on-site execution.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for event concepts, booth designs, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct research, market visits, and competitor analysis to support event planning.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in managing event timelines and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and logistics management.
• Help maintain and update social media accounts and event marketing materials.
• Prepare reports and post-event documentation including feedback and performance review.

Job Requirements

Education & Background:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) to liaise with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities to contribute ideas for event concepts and marketing materials.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion is preferred.

Experience & Additional Requirements:

• Previous involvement in events, exhibitions, or marketing campaigns is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Flexible to work on-site during events, which may include weekends or extended hours.
• Ability to conduct research and market visits to gather insights for event planning.
• Eagerness to learn about event operations, vendor management, and production coordination.
