Job Description

• Design Development: Create visual concepts and graphics for events, including event branding, digital and print collateral, invitations, presentations, and on-site signage. 
• Visual Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the client’s brand and project objectives, delivering visually cohesive and brand-consistent designs. 
• Idea Conceptualization: Work closely with the Art Director to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas that reflect the theme and objectives of each event. 
• Asset Creation: Design 2D and 3D assets (if applicable) for set designs, backdrops, banners, stage visuals, and digital content that complement the overall event ambiance. 
• Client Interaction: Attend client meetings to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design concepts for feedback and revisions. 
• Collaboration: Partner with the event production and marketing teams to ensure that designs are practical, feasible, and can be executed within the event’s scope. 
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with design trends, particularly in the real estate and corporate event sectors, applying fresh ideas and techniques to your designs. 
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standards are maintained. 

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3 - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in event design or related industries. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• Skills:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. 

- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. 

- Knowledge of 3D design or Motion graphics software is a plus (e.g., SketchUp, After Effects). 

- Ability to create and present mood boards and visual concepts.

- Strong time-management and organizational skills. 

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
