Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with business development activities to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, events, and offline channels).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and customer engagement.
• Track and report performance of marketing and business development activities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Permanent role at Ulu Tiram, Johor.
