About Qra (pronounced Q-ra) - is a modern, start-up, neighbourhood grocer; thoughtfully designed to bring communities closer through quality food, curated selections, and personalised experiences; all with a genuine Qra touch. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation activities including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in accordance with company procedures. 
• Maintain and update maintenance trackers on a daily and weekly basis. 
• Assist the Facilities team in following up on work schedules and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and project tasks. 
• Support the team in preparing reports, updates, and basic analysis related to projects and facilities operations. 
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Projects and Facilities team. 
• Ensure proper filing and organization of project and maintenance documents. 
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Able to start internship from June or July.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and support operational and administrative tasks.
