About Qra (pronounced Q-ra) - is a modern, start-up, neighbourhood grocer; thoughtfully

designed to bring communities closer through quality food, curated selections, and

personalised experiences; all with a genuine Qra touch.

As a Senior Executive, Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how customers experience the Qra brand. From driving high-impact campaigns to strengthening our presence across digital and physical touchpoints, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into results. We’re looking for someone who’s not only creative and hands-on, but also confident in leading projects, optimising processes, and inspiring those around them in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

You’ll lead and support the end-to-end execution of marketing plans, including:

  •  Campaign Leadership – Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, and in-store touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  •  Social Media & Content – Oversee and guide content creation, ensuring our platforms consistently reflect Qra’s brand values, voice, and story.
  •  Activation & Events – Lead planning and execution of activations and marketing events, with a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences.
  •  Collateral Development – Manage the production and timely delivery of marketing materials, from concept to completion.
  •  Copywriting & Messaging – Develop and refine impactful, on-brand content for various marketing channels.
  •  Cross-Department Collaboration – Partner with Operations, Creative, ECommerce, Merchandising, and other teams to ensure smooth, timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  •  External Partner Management – Build strong relationships with suppliers, media partners, and collaborators to ensure efficient coordination and high-quality outcomes.
  •  Insights & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance, conduct market research, and share recommendations for optimisation.

Job Requirements

  •  A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
  •  Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, social media strategy, and content planning.
  •  Proven project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  •  Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
