Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Lead:

  •  Experience in B2B market. Knowledge on industrial technology would be an added advantage. 
  • Provide new sales leads with a clear objectives and performance expectations.
  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  •  Has prior established contacts and able to generate sales immediately.

Market Expansion:

  •  Leverage your extensive professional network in the Malaysian manufacturing

space to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  •  Drive market expansion initiatives, targeting key accounts and strategic

partnerships.

Industry Expertise:

  •  Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Malaysian manufacturing and automation

industry to position our products and services effectively.

  •  Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Strategic Relationships:

  •  Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and

stakeholders in the Malaysian market.

  •  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in Kuala Lumpur.

Sales Process Optimization:

  •  Streamline and systemize the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  •  Implement best practices for lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  •  Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to the

executive team.

  •  Implement a data-driven approach to measure and analyze sales performance

metrics.


Job Requirements

Meets assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives.

  •  Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer-related initiatives among

sales leads.

  •  Jointly responsible (with field marketing) for marketing investment ROI in the assigned

marketplace.

  •  Achieves strategic objectives defined by company management and trace development

and sales target via a tangible report structure.

  •  Fulfill effective SaaS model sales cycle with associates reporting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Marketing fields
  • At least 1 year working experience in B2B sales
  • Independent and able to meet targets
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license
