Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Consult as well as supervision to coordinate the various phases of the policies, practices and resolutions
  • Take charge in the formulation and implementation of policies or rules and regulations
  • Develop and study the administration of the compensation plan, recruitment and selection, safety, training, employee performance rating and orientation programs
  • Handling of employee entry and departure procedures, singing or contracts and related matters
  • Employee benefits and related activities
  • Government administration related work and other task given by management

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably with specialization in human resources management or equivalent
  • Minimum of eight year's human resource experience with at least five years in a Managerial Position
  • High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity and respect for confidentiality
  • Computer literacy
  • Familiar with the IT Industry are preferred
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
