Job Description

Software solution project implementation
·         Onsite installation hardware and software.
·         System study, training and ad-hoc training manual preparation.
·         Manage customer issue and feedback during implementation.
·         Assist sales consultant during pre-sales stage on technical enquiry.
·         Internal Software Solution Release
·         Testing with client database and operation scenario.
·         Organize hardware training for internal staff and external dealer.
·         Report issue to Application Support and constant follow up new version.
Helpdesk and Daily Job
·         Troubleshoot and respond to client based on the ticket assigned.
·         Schedule standby during non-office hour by rotation.
·         Monitor external vendor helpdesk remote login.
·         In house internal support issue, hardware repairing and testing. 
·         Hardware preparation and verification for system implementation.
·         Hardware warranty verification.
·         Testing and diagnosing hardware and network issue onsite and online support.
·         Preparing and update customer image data for implementations.
·         Front POS training during implementations.
·         Deliver hardware to customer side.
Reporting update upon job completion. Escalate to superior if job beyond capability 

Job Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Good experience with Windows Server / 10, SQL Server, MySQL, TeamViewer.
Good experience with third party retail solution – POS system, other payment and retail front solutions.
Have experience with SAP, ERP, PHP, Perl, Linux or similar software is a plus.
Two (2) year experience in IT Support / Application Development / Maintenance / Solution Delivery field.
Knowledge of subscription based applications such as Web Portals, Mobile Applications and Content Management.
Understand current web development standards, software development paradigms, and design patterns.
Knowledge of AngularJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, JSON, HTML/HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and MYSQL.
Understand technical implementation of Web and Mobile Applications, Design and Front End Technologies.
Knowledge of leading UI technical implementation in web technology.
