Job Description
This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse. A good working knowledge of data warehousing, databases, and business intelligence environments is an added advantage.
- Receive, inspect, and appropriately store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Supervise picking, packing, and order preparation for shipment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Strategize and optimize capacity, supply and demand.
- Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Performs regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock level; reconcile the actual stock count to computer generated reports.
- Oversee the returns processes, ensuring it is well established and consistently applied to effectively disposition returned products.
- Lead and drive delivery task force.
- Drive and support supply chain improvement projects.
- Review and develop workflows, staffing requirements, space allocation, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality and customer service.
Job Requirements
- Candidates possess at least Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of strong working knowledge of inventory and operations management.
- Excellent leadership and organization skills.
- Competent in the usage and application of ERP and computer software.
- Strong attention to details, with effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially for inter-department coordination.
- Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO compliance is an added advantage.
- Proficient in computer usage and able to communicate in English (priority).
