What You Will Do 

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operational related task.
• Assist in performing the month end closing activities such as posting into the most common accounting cloud system - SQL, Autocount, Bukku, Quickbook 
• Perform accounting data entry Sales, Purcheses, Cash book.
• Assist in preparing payroll & statutory 
• Assist in receiving & processing vendor invoices & payment 
• Prepare monthly report

Job Requirements

• Education: Relevant qualification in Accounting or related fields.
• Software Skills: Bukku, QBO and Microsoft 365
• Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin (mandatory), and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
