Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to customer calls, messages, and live chats across social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as retail partners
  • Proactively engage customers, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales
  • Coordinate and monitor assigned projects to ensure activities and deadlines are achieved
  • Oversee daily operations of online marketplaces and the company website
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize automated bot responses to improve customer interaction
  • Train and fine-tune the AI chatbot regularly to ensure consistent performance
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or other duties assigned by management when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate qualification or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field will be an added advantage
  • Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
  • Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing customer interactions across social media, website, marketplace platforms, and offline channels
  • Strong problem-solving skills with patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Positive attitude, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work on a rotation or shift basis depending on operational needs
