As a Digital Marketers Intern, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement. What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations and order enquiries.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.
- Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle after-sales enquiries, returns and customer feedback professionally.
- Assist in updating product listings, promotions and online store information when required.
- Support daily e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare simple daily and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with Customer Service, Retail, Sales Support or E-Commerce experience are welcome
- Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
