Job Description

We are a company focused on product development and efficiently distribute a diverse range of professional-grade natural functional products through integrated online and offline channels.

About the role

The Accounts Executive oversees the company’s accounting and administrative functions, including daily office operations and procurement activities, while ensuring smooth workflows, proper documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  •  Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL), financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
  •  Prepare reports, forecasts, and analyses; track ageing and follow up on collections.
  •  Oversee procurement, supplier operations, and inventory control to ensure cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and product quality.
  •  Manage daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and cost control.
  •  Maintain documentation for licenses, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  •  Maintain HR records and update SOPs for finance and operations.

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to read & write in Chinese, English & BM.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting, administration, or procurement; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under guidance.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn across finance, admin, and operations tasks.
