As a Digital Marketers Intern, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement. The role requires a balance of analytical and creative skills, with strong expertise

Role Objective

To support the Marketing and Creative teams in using AI tools to create engaging digital content and improve daily work processes through automation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content & Creative

•  Use AI tools to create and edit videos, images, graphics, copy and voiceovers for social media and marketing.
•  Assist in producing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other digital channels.
•  Develop creative ideas, hooks and storylines based on product features and USPs.
•  Combine real product footage with AI-generated content and create different creative variations for testing.
•  Support the Marketing team in preparing content for organic and paid campaigns.

AI Automation & Workflow

•  Explore and apply AI tools to simplify daily marketing and business processes.
•  Assist in setting up automated reply systems, chatbots and customer enquiry workflows.
•  Identify repetitive tasks and suggest ways to automate or improve them.
•  Help create simple workflows, templates and SOPs to improve team efficiency and reduce manual work.

AI Learning & Improvement

•  Explore new AI tools, automation platforms and trends relevant to content creation and business processes.
•  Test and experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and content quality.
•  Assist in reviewing content performance such as views, engagement, watch time and clicks.
•  Share useful AI tools, ideas and best practices with the team.

Job Requirements

What do we need from you?

•  Diploma/Degree student in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
•  Strong interest in AI, content creation, digital marketing and automation.
•  Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI image/video generators, Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
•  Basic understanding of social media content, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
•  Interested in exploring AI automation, chatbots, auto-reply systems and workflow automation.
•  Creative, curious and willing to experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
•  Able to identify repetitive tasks and think of ways to simplify or automate work processes.
•  Good communication and teamwork skills.
•  Able to learn independently, adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
•  No prior AI or automation experience is required - enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important.
